There is no contractual obligation to being singed by Penn Records. We simply provide service to our artists by placing them on our site, advertising their events, creating photo and video content, and exposing them to a larger audience.
By signing bands to our label, it helps us achieve our goal of creating an active live music scene at Penn. All of our bands retain all creative control over their music, we're just here to help them along the way.
